Who we are

PonderPrint is a trading name of Pete Catherall, a sole trader based in Cheshire, UK. Contact: hello@ponderprint.co.uk.

What we collect

When you order, our payment provider Stripe collects your name, email, delivery address, payment details and any personalisation text. We receive your name, email, address and personalisation so we can make and post your order. We never see your full card details. If you email us a photo for a lithophane, we use it only to make your item and delete it within [30] days after dispatch.

Why we use it

To fulfil your order (contract), to answer your questions, and to keep records required by law (e.g. tax records).

Who we share it with

Stripe (payments), Royal Mail or our courier (delivery), and our website host. We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for 6 years for tax purposes. Photos are deleted as above.

Cookies

This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Stripe's checkout pages use cookies needed for secure payment.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data by emailing us. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
